The hotel's decoration is simply exquisite, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and traditional Thai elements. The common areas are spacious and well-designed, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate and relax. Furthermore, the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, were thoughtful additions that greatly contributed to the comfort and convenience of our stay. I particularly appreciated the consideration given to senior guests, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free experience.
In my opinion, the only thing that would have made the vacation even better for senior people like myself is if the children working there were more attentive to our specific needs. A little bit more attention to detail in terms of providing personalized assistance and ensuring our comfort would have truly elevated our experience.

The rooms at Nai Ya Hotel - Sha Extra Plus are absolutely amazing! I felt like I was in paradise with the cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, and the comfiest Nai Ya Signature bedding set. And don't get me started on the private bathroom with its luxurious shower and toiletries. As a solo traveler, I couldn't have asked for more.
Personally, I found the minibar a bit overpriced, but hey, that's just me. Others might still enjoy it.
